the Bahá’í Writings
The Writings of the Bahá’í Faith have been published as books and collections of letters. These include:
the Writings of Bahá’u’lláh "the Founder of the Bahá’í Faith"
the Writings of the Báb "the Forerunner of Bahá’u’lláh"
In addition to these, the Bahá’í Writings also include:
the Writings of Shoghi Effendi "the Guardian of the Bahá’í Faith"
the Messages of the Universal House of Justice "the supreme governing body of the Bahá’ís"
Also there are numerous compilations and books of Bahá’í authors or publications written about the Bahá’í Faith. A distinction is thus drawn between the original Writings of the Bahá’í Faith, which form the central core of Bahá’í belief, and other books written about the Bahá’í Faith.
